Review a member #

1. Open PeepSo → Manage → Achievements → Members.
2. Search for the member and open their record.
3. Review Balance and history, the last counted visit, Earned achievements, and Unfinished progress.
4. Use Achievement history when you need to filter award operations across several members or dates.

Point history is available in administrator member management. Members see their current balance on the profile cover; this version does not provide a member-facing point-history screen.

Add or deduct points #

1. In the member record, find Adjust points.
2. Enter a positive number to add points or a negative number to deduct points.
3. Enter a clear plain-text reason, from 1 to 250 characters.
4. Select Save adjustment and verify the resulting history entry and balance.

The amount must be a nonzero whole number between −1,000,000 and 1,000,000. Repeated submission of the same form is counted once. If you need to correct a successful adjustment, add a new opposite adjustment with an explanatory reason rather than trying to rewrite history.

Adjustment reasons are recorded with point history. The current form labels this field Reason (visible to the member), although the current profile has no member point-history screen. Use clear, member-appropriate wording and do not put confidential information in this field.

Grant an achievement #

In Grant an achievement, choose an active definition, enter a Private administrator reason, and select Grant achievement. This can grant a manual achievement or explicitly override an automatic requirement. An override does not fabricate posts, purchases, or other activity. The award is marked as directly granted by an administrator, and the private reason is not shown publicly.

Revoke or restore an award #

Expand the member’s earned achievement, enter a private reason, and select Revoke achievement and its points bonus. This reverses the original bonus once and prevents automatic re-grant of that award.

To undo a revocation, expand the revoked award, enter a reason, and choose Restore achievement and its original points bonus. Restoration reapplies the original bonus once, even if the definition’s current bonus has changed. Revocation or restoration does not resend the original achievement-earned notification.

If the definition is in Trash, restore it before managing its award for a member.
