Categories #

Open Categories, select Add new category when shown, enter its name and order, then save it. Edit existing category names and order in the same view. Lower order values sort earlier. Deleting a category leaves its achievements uncategorized; it does not delete those achievements. Members see uncategorized items under Other achievements.

Artwork #

The editor provides 42 built-in images, including bronze, silver, and gold options for stars, visits, and streaks. Artwork itself does not determine an achievement’s target or bonus.

Use Add artwork to open the WordPress Media Library, upload suitable images, or select existing ones. Up to 100 images can be added together. Added artwork is immediately reusable by other achievements, even if the current draft has not been saved. Search the picker by image name or filename and select a tile to update the preview.

To remove an image from the picker, select Manage artwork, choose the images or Select all shown, and select Remove selected. This hides the artwork option without deleting Media Library files or changing existing achievements that use it. Choose Removed artwork in Show artwork to restore hidden choices. Deleting a file in the Media Library is different: it removes the underlying file and can affect achievements that display it.

Included collection #

The complete collection contains 84 editable templates: 54 participation milestones and 30 holiday or special-date examples, with eight ordinary categories. All template bonuses start at zero. The number available on a particular site depends on enabled integrations and previous edits or deletions.

On a fresh installation, ordinary samples with available providers start active; holiday/date samples start as drafts. On an existing installation, the 72 added templates arrive as drafts while existing definitions, edits, awards, and intentional deletions are preserved. Samples requiring unavailable integrations are skipped.

After enabling an integration, use Maintenance → Import missing samples to add missing examples as drafts. This action can also explicitly restore missing deleted examples. It does not overwrite an existing or trashed template.

Review holiday names and dates for your community before activation. Fixed dates repeat annually. Movable holiday samples contain dates for 2026–2030 and require later extension and local calendar review. They do not update from an online calendar. Festival windows use whole civil dates; sunset times are not calculated.
