Purchase achievements require active awecommerce on PHP 8.2 or newer. No purchase achievement is activated automatically.
- Create an automatic achievement and choose one of the five purchase criteria.
- For a purchase count, enter the desired number of checkouts.
- For spending criteria, enter Spending threshold without a currency symbol or thousands separator, and a three-letter Currency, such as
100.50andUSD. Follow the currency’s decimal precision; for example, use a whole amount for JPY. - For a selected-product achievement, use Find a product to search by name or ID, then select the intended product. All of its prices qualify.
- Set the bonus, review the generated requirement, and activate.
Only successful live charges for positive-value orders linked to an existing site member qualify. Guest purchases, test payments, free orders, automatic subscription renewals, pending or failed payments, and manually marking an order paid without a recorded charge are excluded.
One checkout split between recurring and one-time orders counts as one purchase. Its eligible order amounts can be combined for the single-purchase spending criterion. Spending uses the order total after discounts, including tax, less completed refunds. Different currencies are never combined or converted.
Completed refunds reduce unfinished spending progress. Fully refunded orders stop counting. A selected-product rule excludes an order with any completed refund because the integration cannot identify which line item was refunded. Pending or failed refunds do not reduce progress. Already earned achievements and their bonuses remain earned.
Historical purchases are not imported. Later edits to an order cannot create a different purchased product or transfer original purchase credit to another member. If a selected product is removed, its achievement pauses until you choose an existing product or archive the definition. Changing the selected product requires the usual rule rebuild.
