As a page owner or manager, you can invite other users to follow the Page by clicking invite button at the header of the Page.

Invite dialogue will show up where you can search for users and invite them to your page

Invited users will then receive a notification that you invited them to like the page. Once clicked, it’s decision time. User will be able to accept or decline the invite.
