What do I need to run PeepSo?

A self-hosted WordPress site on any decent host. That's it. Install the plugin, and your community lives on your own domain and server. See the system requirements for the details.

What does the free version actually include?

A working social network: activity stream with nested comments, member profiles, groups, friends, media embeds and two themes. It's not a demo and it doesn't expire. Paid bundles add chat, photos, file uploads, pages, integrations and white labeling.

Do I have to keep a subscription running?

No. You can cancel the subscription right after purchase and keep every active-license privilege for the full term you paid for. An active license is what gets you updates, downloads and support. Your community itself keeps running on your server either way.

Can I migrate an existing community?

Yes. We provide free migrator plugins for BuddyPress, BuddyBoss and Ultimate Member, so your members and content come with you. Start with the migration guide.

Will PeepSo work with my theme and plugins?

PeepSo is built to behave like a good WordPress citizen and ships with its own Block theme and the Gecko theme if you want a tuned starting point.
