PeepSo 6.1.3.0 is our way to thank our community for awesome feedback you are providing after every release. This time we bring the update for a feature that prompted a lot of comments and even forced some users to downgrade to a previous version of PeepSo.
Hide Comment Options When Not In Focus
When coupled with Photos and Files plugins, PeepSo can really add up to those options available in the text box for writing comments. This is not a problem on desktop or laptop computers where screen real estate is not an issue, but on mobile phones it can be annoying to see all those options showing up, when they aren’t needed. That is why we removed all the clutter buttons and icons until they are in focus and really needed. In other words, options to upload an image, file, GIF, as well as buttons to clear or post, won’t show up unless you start typing.
This applies to mobile screens only.
Google Chrome Refuses to Show Notifications
If you still use Google Chrome browser, you might have received an update in the last 48 hours, and naturally you’d update your browser to get all the fixes; however, you may come to realize that PeepSo notifications won’t open anymore.
Fret not, we promptly repaired it, and the fix is available in this release.
What Else is New?
We implemented some quality changes like using avatar in Userbar widget as a toggle for menu dropdown. There was really no need for a separate arrow icon for this. We also added hashtag breadcrumbs over the stream. For the full list of changes take a look at our changelog.

But what’s strange is that if I reply to a comment, the Photo, Gif… options are displayed.
