Frustrated with the quality and pricing of existing customer contact and support tools, we faced a difficult decision: either shell out $15,000 per year for solutions like Zendesk and HelpScout or settle for cheaper, half-baked alternatives that required extensive development time to function properly.

Thus, Almighty Support was born. We created this solution to address all our pain points, and officially launched it less than a year ago. However, as we looked ahead to our short and long-term goals, we realized that the name “Almighty Support,” while powerful, was perhaps a bit too lengthy for today’s fast-paced world. Native Mobile App

Yes, you heard that right. Our native mobile app is now available on the AppStore. Thanks to Awedesk’s foundation built on RestAPI and client-side rendering (CSR), we developed the app in just about six weeks โ€“ a remarkable feat considering we were also learning mobile app development along the way. Our app is designed to work seamlessly with any website using Awedesk and already includes nearly all Awedesk features.

But we’re not stopping there. We are excited to announce the upcoming release of a SaaS version of Awedesk. And hereโ€™s the best part โ€“ there will be no pricing based on the number of agents you have. We despise that pricing model because it punishes success and growth. While we haven’t finalized the pricing model for the SaaS version yet, we can guarantee it will be fair.
