We all know that good customer service is more important than ever. When it’s really good, it can also be a very effective sales and marketing tool. On the other hand, customer service is a hard, serious, and responsible job.

For support agents, some days are rewarding, but others are challenging, under a lot of pressure. And sometimes it’s difficult to feel like what you do is important.

A lot of people have fancy things to say about customer service, but it’s just a day-in, day-out, ongoing, never-ending, persevering, compassionate kind of activity.
